On Sept. 9th , the exact beginning of this fall,Mr. Li Xiwang, Mr. Wu Pute and other leaders of NWAFU inspected the new term teaching and research on south and north campus.

　　In No. 8 Teaching Building on north campus, Mr. Li Xingwang, Mr, Xu Yangfu, Mr. Ma Jianhua, Mr. Leng Chanjian and Mr. Chen Yulin learned about the new-term preparation work from the report given by Academic Affairs Division as they inspected the refurbished building. The leaders then randomly observed the classes conducted by Professor Mu Xiaoqian from Life Science College and Professor Ren Guoxia from Information Engineering College. They also talked with the teachers and students over the reform of teaching timetable and the refurbishment of No. 8 Teaching Building. The teachers were encouraged to practice the moral-education-based teaching for a fruitful term.

　　On south campus, Mr. Wu Pute, Mr. Lv Weidong, Mr. Yan Zushu and Mr. Wei Gehong made a in-depth teaching inspection of the new term. President Wu examined the teachers’ preparation for class, students’ attendance, the teaching facilities and then communicated with the teachers he met. It was notable that all teaching were going well in order. Both teachers and students were enthusiastic and fully absorbed in their work. Following this, Mr. Wu Pute, Mr. Chen Yulin and Mr. Wei Gehong visited the labs at College of Chemistry and Pharmacy. The leaders of host college reported the laboratory safety policies and rules and accepted the inspection of highly toxic chemical reagent management. For the safety work in the laboratory, Mr. Wu  required the college to strengthen the awareness and ability of prevention and control of safety risks for the sake of teachers and students, and for the the stability of the campus, to strongly support the “double first-class” construction of NWAFU.
