According to the latest ESI data of January 2016, NWAFU’s engineering science entered top 1% on the global ESI list, which was the third discipline in NWAFU that entered the list. 

219 papers on Engineering have been published, cited 1761 times in total with 8.04 times citation per paper on average. The total citation ranked No.1210 of 1231 institutions in the top 1% of the field, and citation frequency per paper on average ranked No.416, which shows NWAFU’s Engineering has reached high scientific research level and exerted international influence.
