Run China-US Double Degree Program with a Characteristic Style

On December 29th 2015, at the conference room of College of Food Science and Engineering, Luo Jun, vice president of Northwest Agriculture & Forestry University, hosted the conversazione on the cooperative program of NWAFU and Nebraska Lincoln University, which aims at working out a double degree program of characteristic style.

Under the approval of the Ministry of Education, Northwest Agriculture & Forestry University and Nebraska Lincoln University started to carry out the cooperative education program for the undergraduates majored in Food Science and Engineering, a model of "3+1”, that is, the students study in NWAFU for the first three years, and continue to finish their fourth year study in Nebraska Lincoln University only if they could meet the requirements. After the students finish all of the courses required by the program, they can be granted the higher school undergraduate diploma by NWAFU and Bachelor’s degree certificate by Nebraska Lincoln University, which is exactly the same as the Native American Bachelor’s degree certificate.
