2015 is the 70th anniversary of the Victory of World Anti-Fascist War and Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression. To cherish the old memoryof revolutionary martyrs and the current peaceful environment, Northwest A&F University has held a series of commemorations.

As one of the major events, the book NWAFU Memory of Resistance War was formally published in November 2015. Zhang Baowen, Vice Chairman Raidi of the NPC Standing Committee and former President of Northwest Agricultural University, inscribed the book as “Carry forward the Anti-Fascist Spirit, Build Top-notch University”.

NWAFU President Sun Qixin wrote in the book’s dedication that NWAFU Memory of Resistance War is a significant book in respect of the historical value and practical meaning. ‘Histories make men wise,’ he stresses, ‘NWAFU Memory of Resistance War is a good textbook for young students’patriotism education.’
