On December 3rd, Northwest A&F University grandly held NWAFU Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese Establishment Conference and the Federation’s first congress.
Congress passed the Federation’s committee selection method. Yu Jin and other 18 people have been selected as the first committee – Professor Yu Jin is the chairman, while Professor Ji Hong and Professor Zhao Shanting are to serve as vice chairmen, and Professor Chen Hongying is the secretary general. 

Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, led by Chinese Communist Party, is a civil organization composed by returned Chinese and their relatives. It is the link between Chinese Government and returned Chinese. The establishment of NWAFU Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese will unite the university’s returned Chinese’s power so as to boost NWAFU to become the world’s first-class agricultureuniversities.
