During October 19th to 28th, Mr. Liao Yuncheng, Deputy President of Northwest A&F University, led the university’s delegation to visit Kyrghyzstan National Agricultural University, Kazakh National Agrarian University, S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University，and Tajikistan National Agricultural University for communication within areas of personnel training, technology cooperation and promotion, and overseas student recruitment. The four universities actively responded to NWAFU’s proposal of building Agri-sci-tech Education League under “One Belt and One Road”, and they were willing to work hand in hand on agriculture technology society progress.
