On September 18th, Loving Care Bicycle GrantingCeremony was held in Xiushan Activity Center on NWAFU north campus.
Old and discardedbicycles have been set aside on campusfor the past few years. To promote recycling and reusing of these idle bicycles and build conservation-oriented campus, NWAFU arranged a centralized process for the abandoned bicycles on north and south campus in the first half of last year. The three hundred loving care bicycles are the first batch of bicycles rebuilt from the unused ones.

Ceremony

Students in fiancial need or the ones voluntarily applying for the bicycles are prioritized forgranting. Each bicycle is issued with a maintenance card, with which the bicycle can enjoy one-year free maintenance at the service point on either north or south campus. Also, students are supposed to give the bicycle back to the university after they graduate for recycling.
