During August 8th– 16th, expert Cai Huanjie from Talent Introduction Base of Institute of Water-saving Agriculture Development in Arid & Semi-Arid Areas and others were invited to visit University of Victoria, University of Alberta, and University of Saskatchewan, Canada.

On August 9th, Professor Cai Huanjie went to the Department of Mechanical Engineering of University of Victoria and visited Department’s laboratories and other research facilities. During August 11th and 14th, Professor Cai visited Department of Agriculture & Environment Science of University of Alberta, and College of Agriculture of University of Saskatchewan.
