NWAFU and Agriculture and Food Innovation Joint Research Center of University of Albertaheld the first seminar from June28 to June 30 at NWAFU.

Vice president Luojun presented and addressed at the seminar. He reviewed the history of collaboration between the two universities, and expressed his sincere wishes that the two would achieve win-win in talents education, joint research and joint training of postgraduates through face-to-face communication.
 

 
During the seminar, participating experts from various fields exchanged views and reached collaborative plans in the fields of wheat, rape, minor cereal, farmland water and fertilizer, agricultural economics & policy. Besides, experts in respective field was specified. Collaboration content, mode and operation mechanism of collaboration of China-Canada Agriculture and Food Innovation Joint Research Center (NWAFU and University of Alberta)were proposed at the seminar.
