- First “NWAFUer’s Career” simulated job fair ended successfully
On the evening of June 7th, NWAFU first simulated job fair “NWAFUer’s Career” and award ceremony came to a successful conclusion in Xiushan Center of north campus.
The competition was initiated in the middle of April. Five categories included in the fair were technology, management, marketing, sales, and financing, covering all majors of our university.
Three parts were set in the final competition. After the brief self-introduction, the twelve contestants first “Show up”, then “Crash in Job” - contestants extracted sales-ability-based testing questions and provided answers on site. In the third part “Win in Your Career”, five judges from enterprises conducted simulated structured interviews with six outstanding contestants from the first two parts, which gave the audience a chance to access authentic interview.
Contestants were well benefited from this competition. Di Zhen, the first prize winner from Marketing class 122 of Economics and Management College, commented, “the competition is well-knitted from the beginning to the end. Both experts’ pre-instruction and competition system are excellent, allowing us to understand the employment procedure better, and at the same time realize the self weakness in regards to employment.”
