​NWAFU‘s RoboMaster Robot Competition Team Achieved Another Good Result

On May 23rd, the North Division Regional Competition of the National University Robotics Competition RoboMaster was held at Beijing Institute of Technology.With the strong support of the Academic Affairs Office and the Youth League Committee, NWAFU’s Falcon Team, composed of teachers and students from College of Water Resources and Architectural Engineering, participated in the competition on behalf of the university and won the first prize in the "Infantry Racing and Intelligent Shooting" project.This is another good result after the Falcon team of NWAFU won two second prizes in the National University Robotics Competition RoboMaster University League Northwest Division held in Xi'an a month ago.

RoboMaster is an international robotics competition co-sponsored by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the All-China Federation of Students, as well as the Shenzhen Municipal People's government, and is initiated and hosted by Dajiang Innovations (DJI). It is a competition project on the evaluation ranking list of Chinese University Discipline Competitions.With its team confrontation mode of robot competition, comprehensive technical requirements, fierce and tough competitive style, it has attracted the deep attention of hundreds of colleges and universities and nearly a thousand high-tech enterprises around the world. The competition attracted 170 colleges and universities including the United States, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, more than 2000 robot enthusiasts and more than 800 robots to participate,and its international influence continued to expand.
