Associate Professor Su Yanping

Basic Information
Associate Professor Su born in Hu County, Shaanxi Province in December 1971, is a MA student supervisor. She graduated from Northwest University as an undergraduate in June 1994. Then She has been teaching in the Northwest A＆F University Since July 1994.She graduated from Southwest Petroleum Institute as an postgraduate in 2003. She received her Doctoral Degree in Management from Northwest A&F University in 2012.

Associate Professor Su has undertaken courses such as Communication , Analyses of Public Administration Case,Public Cultural Management and so on for undergraduate students. At the same time, she is responsible for the teaching of Government and Media for postgraduate of Master of Public Administration.
Academic Achievements
Associate Professor Su had her doctoral paper Study  on  Protection  of  Rural  Migrant  Workers  Right  and  Profit published by China Agriculture Press in 2012. And she got research grants such as “Study on Developing Creatively Management of Migrant Rural Worker”,Supported by Northwest A&F University Doctoral Fund,2012-2015;“Study on Shaanxi Province ‘Peasant’ Citizenization During Village Transferred into Community ”,Supported by Northwest A&F University Basic Research Fund,2011-2014;“Study on Construction of Integrated System of Social Security between Urban and Country in Yangling High-Tech Demonstration Zone”, Supported by Yangling Hegh-Tech Demonstration Zone Fund,2010.6-2010.9.At the same time, she has some selected publications such as Analysis on Employment and Survival Right of Rural Migrant Workers.
