Li Shuqin is a Professor and Ph.D. supervisor of Northwest A&F University. She is also an expert with State Council special allowance for her outstanding contributions, and awarded the title of famous teacher of Shaanxi Province.  She is served as a post scientist of Shaanxi dairy goats industrial system, vice director of Shaanxi Cloud Computing and Big Data Alliance, director of Shaanxi Computer Society and member of China Computer Society. She is also an expert of China Rural Agricultural Informatization, chief expert in agricultural and rural informatization of Shaanxi and Yangling. Her main research interests include intelligent information system, big data analysis and system engineering. Prof. Li chaired and participated in 17 research projects including National Science and Technology Support Program and "863"program. She has published more than 30 high quaity papers, granted 5 patents and 16 copyrights of computer software.
