General Information:
Chen Xinming: male, was born in April,1968. .He is a professor and a master student supervisor in the College of Water Resources and Architectural Engineering. He graduated from Wuhan University of Hydraulic and Electric Engineering in 1990, majored in Agricultrual Hydraulic Engineering, meanwhile, He gained the degree of Bachelor of Engineering, in the same year. In December,2005,He graduated from Northwest University of Agriculture as a master student, at the same time, he got his master's degree. He had ever been in Central Queensland University for his cooperation research as a senior visiting scholar . Over the years, he had been engaged in a new water saving irrigation technology and experimental study on the water irrigation crops local control work. He became the present study direction of Xinjiang Muzat successively presided over large-scale irrigation water-saving transformation project, the preliminary design of well group Wugong County pine and medium-sized irrigation water-saving transformation project, the implementation of scheme 3 years Wugong County focus on small-scale irrigation and water conservancy County, the annual implementation scheme, Wugong County 2013-2017 high efficient water saving irrigation implementation plan, the design of Xianyang Weicheng District of small water conservancy projects in key counties and more than 20 planning and design.

Academic Achievements:
More than 10 Programes finished and researches currently in progress coming from national “863”program,national natural science funding program,Key Program of China Agricultural Science and Teaching Funding, etc..
● Partial control irrigation techniques and equipment developed by the person in charge of the National High-tech R&D Program of China (863 Program) "crop physiological regulation and insufficient irrigation water saving technology" sub-topics crop root zone;
● The main participants in the National High-tech R&D Program of China (863 Program) "crop water deficit compensation technology "( Grant No.2006AA100202);
● The main participants in the National Natural Science Foundation of China "parameters and indicators of water-control study of local non-pressure underground irrigation technology crop root zone"( Grant No.5047905);
● The person in charge of the Key Project of the National Twelve-Five Year Research Program of China "key technology research and application of water-saving eco-irrigated arid areas"(2011BAD29B01);
● Presided Yulin City of Shaanxi Province Science and Technology Project "potato efficient water-saving key technology research and application in Yulin region.
Achievement Awards including:
● Shaanxi Provincial Sci-Tech Progress Award, Rank in First-class, 2007;

More than 15 papers have been published in internal or international academic journal, 7 of which are SCI and EI included in the " Advances in Water Science ", " Transactions of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering ".
