Associate Professor He Wuquan

1. Basic information
He Wuquan, male, was born in August 1967 in Heyang County of Shaanxi Province, Vice-research fellow, Master tutor. July, 1991 bachelor graduated in the Department of Water Resources of Northwest Agricultural University. 2007 obtained the “Agricultural Soil and Water Engineering” Master Degree in Northwest Sci. & Tech. University of Agricultural and Forestry. At present, taking the Agricultural Water Conservancy Engineering Department Dean of College of Water Resources and Architectural Engineering (Institute of the Water Resources and Hydropower Science). And the editorial board member of the Journal of Water Resources and Water Engineering.
