RESEARCH INTERESTS

1. Food Microbiology and Food safety. I research on understanding the fitness of enteric pathogens on foods. Formation of mixed biofilm by foodborne pathogens with the indigenous microbial community provides survival benefits for pathogen, although underlying mechanism remains elusive. 
2. Research on Lactic acid bacteria and development of microbial agents. 
3. Study on the construction of model predictive microbiology.
