Wang Hongmei, born in 1979, associate professor at College of Economics & Management, Northwest A&F University. She obtained the Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Economics from Zhongnan University of Finance and Law in 2002 and 2005, respectively; and the Doctor’s Degree in Economics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2008. She has worked in Northwest A&F University since 2008. At the same time, she worked as a post-doctor during 2011 to 2014 in Northwest A&F University. She worked as a visiting scholar in New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA, during Sep. 2012 to Sep. 2013, and in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, during Sep. 2017 to Dec. 2017. Her major research fields involve: rural environmental governance; farmer entrepreneurship; rural sustainable development. She has published more than 40 papers. She is hosting research projects from National Natural Science Foundation of China, Shaanxi Natural Science Fund Project, Shaanxi Social Science Project, and so on.
