Niu Rong, female, Han nationality, born in Shaanxi on November 1, 1978. Doctor and Associate Professor at College of Economics and Management, Northwest A&F University. From 2007 to 2013, she studied at Northwest A&F University, china for her PhD , and Joint Ph.D. training at Michigan State University in 2010-2012.

　　The main research directions are rural financial theory and policy, rural financial management and farmers' lending behavior. More than 10 papers on rural household lending and rural finance were published in well-known magazines such as "Issues in Agricultural Economy" and "Journal of Agrotechnical Economics". Published a monograph, presided over the Ministry of Education "Yangtze River Scholars and Innovation Team Development Plan" innovation team project sub-project, National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project, Yangling Demonstration Area Science and Technology Project, Shaanxi Social Science Foundation Project, Shaanxi Social Science Federation Project and other scientific research projects.
