Wei Feng, born in 1965 , professor at College of Economics and Management ,Northwest A&F University. She is a doctoral supervisor and director of Kazakhstan research center of Northwest A&F University. 1993-1994, she studied in Ukraine agricultural university; 1999-2003, she studied for a doctor's degree in agricultural economic management in Northwest A&F University;2006-2007, she studied in St. Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics in Russia. Since 2016, She has visited universities in Russia, Kazakhstan and other countries for academic exchanges and visits for many times. Till now, she has written a book called Comparative Study of Agriculture between China and Kazakhstan and published more than 90 papers in well-known journals at home and abroad. She is hosting over more than 20 scientific research projects, including the National Social Science Foundation, the National Natural Science Foundation, etc.
