Liu Tianjun, Male, born in Xuancheng, Anhui Province in February 1974, professor, PhD supervisor. Doing researches on agricultural economy and policy evaluation, regional economy and industrial development, and agro-technology economy and project management, hosted more than 20 provincial and ministerial research projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Soft Science Projects and humanities and social science projects of the Ministry of Education, and has undertaken more than 40 cooperative projects in various industrial planning projects of local governments. Published more than 30 academic papers in academic journals such as Land Use Policy, Guangming Daily(theory), Chinese Rural Economy, Problems of Agricultural Economy, Agro-technical Economy and Resources Science. Awarded with the Second Prize of Science and Technology of Shaanxi Province in 2012 and the third prize of Philosophy and Social Science of Shaanxi Province in 2013. In 2014 and 2017, he was awarded the Second Prize of the Science and Technology Award of Yangling Agricultural Hi-tech Industry Demonstration Zone.
