  Yu Jin, born in 1969, is a native of Huanggang, Hubei, a professor at College of Economics and Management in Northwest A&F University, a doctoral supervisor, a vice president of the Sixth Industrial Research Institute, and a director of the International Cooperation and Exchange Office (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office).From 1996.4 to 1999.3 :Graduated and got the bachelor’ degree in economics from Department of Economics, Ritsumeikan University, Kyoto, Japan and then jumped into the graduate school. From 1999.4 to 2001.3: Graduated and got the master’s degree in economics from the Graduate School of Ritsumeikan University, Kyoto, Japan.From 2001.4 to 2004.3:Graduated and got the PHD in economics from the Graduate School of Ritsumeikan University, Kyoto, Japan.2001.5: Hired as an Associate Professor in Northwest A&F University. 2008.12: Hired as a professor in Northwest A&F University. Focusing on the issues of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers” and rural public policy research, whose main research directions are public management, poverty management, ecological migration. More than 20 national, provincial, international cooperation projects have been hosted, which included 3 General Programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. The research team has completed more than 10,000 academic questionnaires on the relocation of rural residents in southern Shaanxi, rural land transfer, and precision poverty alleviation. More than 70 Chinese and English papers have been published in journals such as China Rural Survey, Resources Science, China Population Resources and Environment, Land use and police, Japan Agricultural Research Quarterly and so on. Based on the existing research results and relevant research foundations, the proposed policy recommendations have been delivered to the Central Committee in the form of special reports, and have been highly valued by relevant leaders such as Premier Li Keqiang and Vice Premier Wang Yang.
