Zhu Yuchun, born in 1970, Professor at College of Economics and  Management, Northwest A&F University, director of Chinese Association of Agro-Technical Economics, vice-chairman of Shaanxi Association of Agricultural Economics, director of China-Russia Center for Agricultural Sci-Tech Policy Research. 1997.09-2000.07, she studied at Northwest A & F University for her PhD degree; 2002.09-2004.09, worked at the Institute of Agricultural Economics and development in Chinese Academy of agricultural Sciences as the postdoctoral; 2008.02-2009.01, did cooperative research in Department of Economics, Moscow State University(Russia). She worked in Northwest A&F University from1992, and became a professor since 2006, and gained awards like Shaanxi Social Science Outstanding Youth, etc. Her research fields involve 1) regional economic development; 2) public governance and policy; 3) agriculture and rural economy. She has published over 120 papers on well-known journals such as Management World, China Agricultural Economic Review, Food Control, Crop Protection,  Chinese Rural Economy, Chinese Journal of Population Science. She has participated as principle investigator in more than 40 research projects funded from National Natural Science Foundation of China, The National Social Science Fund of China, etc.
