Basic Information
Li Zongli, male, born in January 1967, Doctor Degree of Engineering, Professor, Ph. D. Candidate Tutor. In 1989, graduated from Irrigation and Drainage Engineering in Northwest Agriculture University, get Master's degree in 1992; received a doctorate of Hydraulic Structure Engineering at Hohai University in 2005. Majoring in stability analysis of hydraulic structures and geotechnical engineering, teaching and research on design theory and method of hydraulic metal structure. At present, vice President of the college of water resources and architectural engineering.

Main Research Direction
[1] On the part of stability analysis theory on hydraulic structures and geotechnical engineering, the main research contents include hydraulic fracturing of rock mass concrete materials, safety evaluation theory and method on the failure mechanism of high dam and stability analysis theory on high rock slope and underground cavities rock.
[2]In terms of research on hydraulic structures and geotechnical numerical analysis theory and application, the main research contents include multi-field coupling analysis in continuum and discontinuous medium, and the development and application of numerical simulation software on damage and fracture analysis.
[3] Hydraulic steel gate design theory research, mainly include the static and dynamic analysis theory of hydraulic steel gate, the theories of stability analysis on the steel structure component and the structure reliability analysis etc.

Academic Achievement
1. Research
The NSFC funded project focused on "Studies on hydraulic fracturing on a single fracture of rock and concrete under natural hydraulic power” (50779057) "Study on damage mechanism of concrete due to high permeable water pressure” (51379178)  were hosted. Participated in a number of projects, such as the NSFC " Study on failure mechanism and safety of high arch dam in complex environment " (50539030), "Rock mass stability failure mechanism and analysis method on large-diameter deep tunnel” supported by the Key Project of Chinese Ministry of Education, hydropower fund "Study on unit rigidity ratio of main transverse girder to bearing arm of Π-shaped frame for radial gate”, Natural Science Foundation of Shaanxi province , State Key opening Laboratory Fund etc. Taken charge of two schools Youth Fund.
A number of the cooperated project of dam safety evaluation were Participated in or hosted, such as "Static and Dynamic 3D Finite Element Analysis of release sluice segmental service gate on Shu river hydropower project”, "Structural analysis and safety assessment on lishui ditch aqueduct of east of the trunk on Hanzhong Shimen reservoir”, "Numerical Analysis and safety appraisal on arch dam of Ankang Maobaguan hydropower”. "Seepage stability analysis and safety assessment on dam of west Jinghui Canal in Shaanxi”,ect. Attended more than 30 projects about water conservancy and hydropower project and irrigation area planning and design.

[1]The paper "An Analysis of Resistant Capability to Confining Pressure of Double wall Corrugated Plastic Filter Pipe” had won the third division of hydraulic science and progress prize of Shaanxi province.
[2] In September, 1999,"Study the teaching difficult point, construct the agriculture project mechanics structure serial courses teaching mode” had taken the second prize of excellent teaching production in Shaanxi province, ranking second.
[3] "Exploratory for the computer-aided instruction on steel structure” had taken the second prize of excellent teaching production of the university in September, 1999, as emcee.
