Basic Information
Professor Wang Yucai was born in 1959 in Beijing. He received his Bachelor's degree in Economics from Hebei Finance & Trade Institute in1982, Master of Laws from China Political & Law University in1988, and LLM from Waikato University in New Zealand 1998. He has been a professor in law at the College of Humanities & Social development, Northwest A&F University since 2006. He is a member of Law Society of China, China Lawyers Association, and Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences.

He has published one monograph –New Economic Law, and about 50 research papers on above mentioned research fields in academic journals such as Law Research, Economics and Law, Economics on the Special Development Zone, Rural Economy, Ecological Economy and etc. He has conducted research projects of Rural financial law, Legal support to Agricultural-development in Shaanxi, Insurance on agriculture environmental tort, and Teaching reform on Anglo-American contract law.
