Education and Work Experience:
September 1964~July 1968, Studied in the College of Agronomy, Northwest Agriculture University and obtained Bachelor degree;
July 1968, worked in the 21st Army Farm;
March 1970, worked in the Quality Seed Farm of Mei county town;
September 1973~ Working in the College of Agronomy, Northwest A&F University, The former vice director of College of Agronomy and vice director of Arid and Semi-arid Area Agricultural research center
Academic exchange tours to America and Japan.
 

Academic Achievements:
Published over 50 academic articles in Acta Boanica Sinica, Scienctia Agricultura Sinica, Acta Botanica Boreali-Occidentalia Sinica, Journal of Northwest A&F University(Natural Science Edition);
Associate editor of "Wheat for Special Use in Northern China”, "Multiple Crop Planting System of High-yield and High-efficiency in arid Farmland of Northern China”, co-author of four works and teaching books, such as "Ecology Theory and Application in Wheat”, "Plant Breeding”, etc.

Variety Release:
Wheat varieties, including Xinong 84G6, Xinong 1376, Xinong 2611, Xinong 2208, and Xinong 979, were developed in different year. Accumulative extension hectarage has been over 50 million Mu.

Project:
