Forest pest chemical control
While engaging in screening of new pesticides and related application technology, I am interested in using harmless chemical prevention and management system to control walnut, chestnut and other economic forest pests.
Insect chemical ecology
I mainly work on identification of sex pheromone components, attractant development of Atrijuglans hetaohei and the relationship between host volatiles and insects.
5. Academic Achievements
I have chaired and participated in more than 15 research projects in recent years, including projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation, key science and technology research projects funded by Shaanxi province, published more than 20 academic papers, applied for 5 national patents and developed the liquid formulation of 4% imidacloprid for trunk injection.
