Han Enxian,born in Fufeng,Shaanxi province in February 1953,is a researcher and a master instructor in Cilviculture.Graduated from the Northwest Agricultural University in 1974, he has ever worked in the Forestry Research Institute of Shaanxi Province.In 1979,he studied in the forestry botany in the Northwest Agricultural University and studied in the Soil and Water Conservation in Beijing Forestry University in 1983.In 1986 he went to Italy and achieved education in mountain forest in Florence University.In 1999,he entered in the College of Forestry , Northwest A&F University and in this year,he was elected as member of standardization technical committee of Chinese National Tree Seed and Science and Technology committee of Forestry Department,Shaanxi Province. In 1977,he joined in the “Three Five Talent Project” of Shaanxi Province, expert with outstanding contributions by the Ministry of Forestry and master supervisor of the university.

He has published over 80 academic papers in the Journal of Natural Resources,Forest Research, Journal of Northwest Forestry University, Journal of Central South University of Forestry & Technology, Acta Ecologica Sinica, Journal of Northwest A&F University etc.He also edited two books and co-edited two books.

1. The Stuties on the Technical Measures of Planting Forest and Fireproof won the third prize of Shaanxi Science and Technology Progress Award in 2000;
2.The Studies on the Application and Matching of Drought Resistant Forestation Technology in Arid Area of Northern Wei River gained the third prize of Shaanxi Science and Technology Award in 2004;
3. The Demonstration and Extension of Matching Technology of Container Seedling and Afforestation won the the first prize of Shaanxi Agricultural Science and Technology Extention Achievements Award in 2009 ;
4.The Technology Extension of Drought Resistant and Tree Planting Device Water Conservation and Dripping Irrigation achieved the third prize of Shaanxi Agricultural Science and Technology Extention Award in 2004;
5.The Pilot Test of Studies on Matching TreeSpecies with Site and Type Classification of Afforestation Site Conditions in Loess Plateau achieved the third prize of Shaanxi Science and Technology Progress Award in 1991;
6.The Comprehensive Regionalization of Agriculture in Chunhua county won the the second prize of Shaanxi Agricultural Regionalization Achievements Award in 1985 ;
7.The Studies on Matching Tree Species with Site and Type Classification of Afforestation Site Conditions in Loess Plateau of Shaanxi gained the second prize of Shaanxi Science and Technology Achievements Award in 1985 ;
8. The Studies on MatchingTree Species with Site and Type Classification of Afforestation Site Conditions in Loess Plateau won the second prize of Science and Technology Progress Award ,Ministry of Forestry in 1986 and the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award in 1987;

13The project construction idea,technology and management innovation of afforestation in the western Shaanxi completed by Germany and China achieved the the first prize of Shaanxi agricultural Science and Technology extention Award in 2007.
