Ⅰ. Scientific Research
Led and took part in more than 10 research projects, including those of Natural Science Foundation of Shaanxi Province, Global Environmental Foundation, and CAS Knowledge Innovation Project. She has published more than 40 scientific papers.
Main projects: Study on the Flora of Niubeiliang National Natural Reserve; Conservation Biology of Kingdonia uniflora Population; Conservation Biology of Abies Chensinensis; Reproductive Biology and Endangered Mechanism of Kingdonia uniflora; Study on the Stability and Landscape Arrangement of Typical Nature Community.
Awards and Honors:
1. Outstanding Paper Award for the study on the biomass of Kingdonia uniflora population growth by Tree Society of China in 2000;
2. Rewarded by Government and Forestry Department of Shaanxi Province for outstanding contribution on the utilization status and future forecast of Oak forest resources in Southern Shaanxi Province in 1991;
3. Rewarded by Government of Shaanxi Province for outstanding contribution on selection of genetic resources of Quercus variabilis and restoration ecology study on the natural forest in 2007;
4. Rewarded by Government of Yangling Agricultural High-tech Industries Demonstration Zone for outstanding contribution on selection of genetic resources of Quercus variabilis and restoration ecology study on the natural forest in 2006.
