Xingguo Wang, professor of Jiangnan University, Supervisor of Ph. D. students. Member of the ‘333 high quality personal training project of Jiangsu province’, Candidate of the ‘new century hundred talents project’, Specialist who gains the State Council Special Allowance. American Oil and Chemists Society, vice-president of oil branch in Chinese Cereals and oil association, Assistant Dean of School of agro-product processing and head of cereal, oil and vegetable protein engineering institute of Jiangnan university, editors of Journal of the Chinese Cereals and Oils Association, Chinese oils and fats, etc.
His research area is cereal, oil and vegetable protein engineering. He published more than 300 papers (SCI/EI 145) and more than 10 book chapters. He also owed 40 patents. He hold 25 programs including "National Key Technology R&D Program in the 11th Five year Plan of China”, "The National High Technology Research and Development Program (863 Program) of China”, "National Natural Science Foundation of China” and ‘Key Grant Project of Chinese Ministry of Education”.
