Abstract: Industry is the leading of our national economy, and industrial land is the most important resource element to support the industrial economic development. With over 30 years of reform and opening up, China has achieved by the historical change of agricultural country to industrial country. Industrialization greatly boosted China's social and economic development, but for a long time which supported the rapid development of China's industrialization are cheap industrial land and extensive land use patterns. However, China's rapid urbanization and industrialization will continue for a longer period, improve land use efficiency continuously and exploit on saving and using intensively the land resource, will become the primary target of land use and the important means of transformation of economic development mode. The aims of this studyare to illustrate the meaning and method of comparing industrial landuse efficiency with no land area differences whichcaused by industrial structures, and to improve levels of industrial landuse efficiency. We select the land use intensityas an effective tool to eliminate the industrial land area differences, and explain the basic principle for the comparison of industrial land use with no intensity differences, then we build a "Volume rate index" to reflect the land use intensity differences characterized by industrial output, and use it to calculate the comparable area of industrial land in different regions, achieving the industrial landcomparison with no intensity differences. Finally, in order to grasp the full extent of industrial land use in different regions, we make 30 provinces as macro DMUs to measure industrial land use efficiency using sub-factor DEA method.

Abstract: China's agriculture, rural areas and peasants' history can be traced back to the Neolithic Yangshao period. During the period of Yangshao culture, the development process of thousands of years can be divided into two parts: from Yangshao to Qin and Han Dynasties, from Yin and Zhou to the late Qing Dynasty, and Yin or Shang Dynasty is the starting point of the latter period. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the development of agriculture in the Shang Dynasty. The origin of the horse is the important problem of archaeology, history and many other disciplines. Through the analysis of the agricultural history, it can be found that the Chinese horse was introduced from the outside of the country to the northern area in China before the Shang Dynasty, and it has gone through a different localization path in the different time and space. "Food officer" is the animal husbandry model in the Shang Dynasty, this animal husbandry model not only provided guarantee for the social-economic development, but also provided a prerequisite for the future system and the evolution of the economy.
