Introduction of the speaker:Researcher Stewart Francis Ledgard is a principal scientist of AgResearch in New Zealand, an adjunct professor of Massey university, and co-chair of international Technical Advisory Group for LEAP, FAO of United Nations (Rome) on Nutrient accounting and Impact Assessment for use in environmental footprint of livestock supply chains. He has been specialized in agricultural Life Cycle Assessment, nutrient (particularly nitrogen) cycling and loss from agricultural systems, farm system evaluation and mitigation of nutrient losses to waterways.Due to the contribution to environment protection and research, he won the Norman Taylor Memorial Award from NZ Soil Science Society, and Ray Brougham Trophy from NZ Grassland Trust for contribution to soil fertility and environmental research and management in NZ.Researcher Stewart Francis Ledgard has published over 100 papers with high impact journals as Journal of Cleaner Production、Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture.
