Shangguan Zhouping, professor of institution of soil and water conversation, he conducted a thorough research on plant water and drought-resistance physiology, water and fertilizer interaction, regional agricultural development, soil-plant water ecology. The research results he has achieved play an important role on dry land agriculture, vegetation construction and ecological environment.
