Introduction:
 Dr. Chen has more than 600 publications with 200 of them indexed by SCI. He developed more than 30 animal vaccine or diagnosis kits. Dr. Chen received the honor "National technology advance award, the second level” for three time for his achievement.  His contributions for the scientific community includes 4 times of ” National key and novel product”, 14 biosafety certificates for GMO product, 16 registration of new animal drug and 21 patients. Some of his research achievement had been successfully commercialized and made great contribution for animal disease control and prevention, livestock breeding industry, as well as promoting the development of product of animal biotech industry. He also received "Liang He& Li He Reward”, "Reward for Excellent scientist in Chinese agriculture research”, "Reward for excellent contribution of the eleventh five year program of nation”. His research team was selected for "the research team of novelty” by National Science Foundation Commission.
