Speaker's Introduction：Dr. Hepu Deng, graduated from Monash University, Australia, is a professor at School of Business Information Technology, RMIT University, Australia. His research areas include applied mathematics, electronic business, knowledge management, electronic government and their applications. He has published more than 200 refereed papers in various international journals and conferences. He actively organized and participated numerous international conferences. He is also a referee for numerous international journals.
