Introduction to the speaker：
Feng Qi is Deputy Director and Doctoral tutor of Cold and Arid Regions Environmental and Engineering Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In past years, he grained the National Outstanding Youth Fund, National "New Century Talents Project", Outstanding Scientific and Technological Workers, the "Hundred Talents Program" of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Now he is the leader of Alashan eco-hydrological Experimental Research Station of Cold and Arid Regions Environmental and Engineering Research Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Gansu Province Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering Technology Research Center. He also is the deputy director of Institute of, of the Laboratory of Inland River Basin Ecohydrology of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
