Introduction of speaker:
Brett M. Tyler was a professor, and director of center for genome research and biocomputing, Oregon State University. Much of the Tyler group's research is focused on the systems biology of microbe-host interactions, with a focus on the interactions of oomycete pathogens with their hosts. This research spans molecular biology, structural and functional genomics, bioinformatics, data mining and mathematical modeling. Brett M. Tyler published over 100 refereed research papers in world-class journals such as Science、Cell、Plant Cell、PNAS、PLoS Pathogens.
