Dr. Xihui Shen is a Professor in the College of Life Sciences, Northwest A&F University, specializing in environmental microbiology.  He obtained his Ph.D. in Microbiology from Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (2005), and conducted post-doctoral studies in Purdue University (2005-2008).
