Research Interests

1. Environment Antibiotic Resistome: to understand the flow of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) in different environments and the transmission mechanisms of ARGs in environmental bacterial communities, and to establish a comprehensive frame for evaluating public health risks of environmental antibiotics resistome

2. Soil Microbiology: to understand the ecological significance and potential functions of novel and yet-to-culture microorganisms in soils based on multi-omics and molecular biotechnology approaches.
