On October 12th, the 1st NWAFU Students’ International Exchange Week was officially launched as the opening ceremony was held in Xiushan Center on north campus.

This practice aims at exploring new approached to meed the demands of students’ international exchange in the post-epidemic era, and enhancing the NWAFUer’s international awareness to promote high-level co-cultivation of students.

This activity was co-hosted by Office of International Cooperation and Exchange, Chinese Communist Youth League of our university, Academic Affairs Division and Graduate School, and sponsored by College of Agronomy, College of Plant Protection, College of Animal Science and Technology, College of Veterinary Medicine, College of Forestry, College of Food Science and Engineering, College of Enology, and College of Economics and Management.

The Week starts from October 12th and runs to 18th. Themed on “To See the World from Yangling for Bright Future”, the activity will hold 2 symposiums, 3 international reports, 8 briefings on overseas study, 19 presentations of elite universities and 3 experience sharing meetings. It provides the students access to the international organizations, allows them to fully understand the overseas study of our university, and broadens their horizon via learning from the experiences of those outstanding senior students. The Week will lay a solid foundation for the NWAFU students working in international organizations for internships, and for the ones who choose to further study in foreign countries.
