On April 12th, Li Xingwang, Secretaryof the CPC Committee of NWAFU, met Prof. Francine Govers, an internationally renowned phytopathologist and tenured professor of Wageningen University. Li Xingwang introduced NWAFU’s history and features and expressed the hope that Prof. Govers could help develop the academic cooperation between NWAFU and Wageningen University, introduce talents in the area of crop breeding, and promote 111 Plan’s ole of platform.
