As a result of departments’ and colleges’ support and cooperation, this year’s NWAFU undergraduate students’review and grant concluded successfully. In total, 10,164 undergraduate students received financial support or rewards from various resources with a total amount of RMB 33.7719 million. Specifically, 296 students received National Scholarship with a sum of RMB 2.368 million; 699 students received National Encouragement Scholarship with a sum of RMB 3.495 million; 6,806 students received National Grant of RMB 19.377 million; 2,213 students received support from 60 various social subsidies of RMB 7.7819 million; 150 students received Presidential Scholarship of RMB 0.75 million. In addition, 34 Tibetan students and 46 orphans got tuition waivers according to relevant policy, the total amount of waived tuition being RMB 0.3259 million; 25 students fitting compulsory military service policy enjoyed application support of financial aid, the total amount of aid being RMB 0.2964 million.
