NWAFU Made Significant Progress in Research Revealing the Effects of Elevated CO2 Concentration on Global Carbon and Water Cycles

The research result of Shangguan Zhouping’s team, from Northwest A&F University’s State key laboratory of soil erosion and dryland farming on the Loess Plateau, was published in Global Change Biology (2017, doi: 10.1111/gcb.13654),top journal of ecology. Doctoral student Yan Weiming was the first author of the paper, with researcher Shangguan Zhouping as corresponding author, marking the research team’s second academic article in this top journal. The research was funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China(41390463, 31370425) and National Key Research & Development Projects(2016YFC0501605).
