NWAFU Graduate Wang Xian Leading the Design of Beijing International Horticultural Exposition

“I see this project as a design for a gigantic park.” Wang Xian introduced his idea during an interview on Beijing TV a few days ago. 
Born in 1986, Wang Xian was admitted by NWAFU’s College of Horticulture and started his study in leisure agriculture as a major in Agricultural Facility of Science and Engineering. In 2009, he graduated as a honorary student exempted from postgraduate admission exam and pursued further study under the supervision of Prof. Duan Yuangu. In 2012 after graduation, he began serving in Beijing Institute of Landscape and Traditional Architectural Design and Research Co. Ltd, as the design director. In May, 2014, he led his team and attended the global collection of 2019 Beijing International Horticultural Exposition design schemes and stood out from the ten competitors. From the time being, his team officially started the project work.
