On November 9th, a 50-people delegation including Mr.Pete Ricketts, Governor of Nebraska, Mr.Ron Yoder, vice president of University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and Josh Davis visited Northwest A&F University. President Sun Qixin met the delegation.

Mr.Sun Qixin said in his address that University of Nebraska-Lincoln is an important teaching and research partner of NWAFU, and the two sides need to tackle the challenges of global food production and climate change through international cooperation.

Mr.Pete Ricketts delivered a speech centering on food safety and cooperative relationship between Nebraska State and Chinese universities and institutions. He also gave detailed and comprehensive answers to questions raised by the "3+1”program students about starting up business in the United States after graduation.
