During October 1st to 5th, the 9thCyrus Tang Scholarship Exchange was held in Fudan University. Over 500 representatives from 21 provided universities and 1 district attended the exchange. Mr. Zhao Zhong, deputy secretary of NWAFU Party Committee, led NWAFU delegation and attended the meeting.

The exchange took "public welfare•innovation•responsibility” as its subject and set separate sessions including university leader seminar and other student activities. The exchange aimed at improve awarded students’ awareness of public benefit, spirit of innovation, and sense of responsibility.
