Finding out that the students work carefully, have good command of all sorts of knowledge and have strong sense of collaboration and responsibility, UCL, a Japanese Kabuskiki Kaisha, at the end of June, came again to NWAFU to select another group of students in College of Information  Engineering for this year’s internship in Japan.

Students went to Japan for paid internship.

Blaze a New Path to Paid Overseas Internship
For students who are about to graduate, paid internship at home is common, but it is nothing but a dream abroad. In January 2015, Chen Long and nine other 2011 students from College of Information Engineering flew to Japan and blazed a new path to paid overseas internship, which was the first time ever in our university.

In the past six months, from January to June, Chen Long and the other nine students have experienced the working environment in Japan and acquired deeper understanding of company’s organization and operational mechanism. Furthermore, students’ professional skills and ability of independent living have been improved a great deal.

A Rich Harvest -- the Journey of Overseas Internship

Welcome back

The Conversazione for the students’ returning from overseas internship.

The returning students share the same feelings: the biggest gain is the opportunity of broadening horizons and enriching experiences. Only when you open to yourself and open to the world, can the world open to you, welcome you and embrace you.
This internship improves not only the students’ professional practice skills, but their ability of independent living. Above all, they cultivate more gratitude and inspiration in life and they will be more confident in the future.
