BriefIntroduction of the Speaker:
Dr. Masaaki Hattori graduated and acquired his Ph.D degree from Kyushu University, Japan in 1980. He was an associate professor of Graduate School of Agriculture, Kyushu University between 1995-2002, and a professor of Kyushu University between 2002-2015, since 2015 he was awarded an emeritus professor by Kyushu University. Prof. Hattori is a famous reproductive endocrinologist in Japan, whose important academic achievement is listed as following: Signaling of gonadotropin actin; Hormonal regulation of cell differentiation; Generation and function of nitric oxide; Chronophysiology in animal reproduction. Prof. Hattori published 115 original papers, 15 reviewer papers in international academic journals, such as Journal of Biological Chemistry, Endocrinology. In addition, he also wrote and compiled more than 20 books. Recently Prof. Hattori is focusing on Chronophysiologyin reproduction. He and his Lab members made a series of important findings and development in Chronophysiologyof animal reproduction using transgenic rat, mouse, and cell models.
