Speaker Profile:
Fu Guobin, a senior research scientist of CSIRO, got his bachelor's degree in the College of Geography, Northwest University and Ph.D in Washington State University. His main research areas include global change impacts on regional water resources. He has published more than 100 papers, including Nature, Climate Change and other top journals, and his paper has been cited over 1,800 times. He commits himself as an active member in the field of international hydrology circle, and he’s been invited to participate in and organize academic conference frequently. He has established a long-term cooperative relationship with many international well-known institutions, and been invited to review paper for 20 international journals. He is the member of the fund evaluation experts for National Fund Committee as well as the MOST "973” Project.
